This place was truly designed and thought out to break away from the routine, the city noise, and everyday worries. It allows you, for a moment in time, to reconnect with the basics—which are no less essential for being simple. It's about what anchors us to reality, to our surroundings, and to nature. For someone like me, who loves a good cup of coffee, a great conversation, a good book, or simply enjoying the silence, the rustle of the leaves, and the breeze moving through the trees, this cabin is a true sanctuary of rest and tranquility. And it's completely surrounded by beautiful, colorful birds. Among these wonderful birds is one of my absolute favorites: the Rufous-breasted Antpitta (Tororoi Compadre). It’s a rare gem that's usually incredibly difficult to find, but I’ve been lucky enough to spot it here several times. To wrap things up, because texts can't go on forever, I want to reiterate my respect and admiration for the creators—my cousin and Samy.
